Month 1

Foundation & First Story

Objective: Build relationships, align goals, and produce the first complete story as proof of concept.

 Kickoff & Planning:

  • Host a project kickoff call to align on goals, introduce team members, and define responsibilities.
  • Clarify your target audience, positioning, and existing marketing efforts.
  • Decide on project cadences, tools, and communication methods.

Discovery & Research:

  • Conduct a full review of your product, customer profiles, existing assets, and competitive positioning.
  • Analyze marketing data and user journeys to understand where stories will have the greatest impact.
  • Define points within your funnel or onboarding where stories can increase conversion or retention.

First Customer Interview & Story:

  • Identify and reach out to the first customer for interview.
  • Conduct interview, adapt and refine the case study template as needed.
  • Deliver the first case study as a proof of concept that reflects your client’s unique value and context.

Sales Enablement Asset Suite #1:

  • Deliver 8 supporting materials:
    - 3 one-pagers (PDFs)
    - 2 audiograms
    - 3 video snippets

Review & Check-in:

  • Host end-of-month review meeting to assess deliverables, execution, and alignment.

Month 2

Repeatable System Building

Objective: Produce a second high-impact story, start scaling output, and activate distribution.

Customer Interview & Story #2:

  • Interview a high-value customer.
  • Produce a second full case study.
  • Create the full asset suite:
    - 3 one-pagers
    - 2 audiograms
    - 3 video snippets

Begin Additive Distribution:

  • Roll out assets across:
    - Social channels (with additive posting strategy)
    - Website integrations (conversion paths, landing pages)
    - Sales enablement stacks
    - Video platforms (as part of improved video strategy)

Funnel Integration:

  • Map where case studies can enhance product flows, onboarding, nurture sequences, and sales outreach.
  • Begin testing placements and iterating.

Month 3

Operationalize & Review

Objective: Cement workflows and assess early impact.

Customer Interview & Story #3:

  • Interview third customer and deliver another complete story and asset suite.

Continued Distribution:

  • Maintain additive social and channel rollout.
  • Continue refining placements and reviewing analytics.

End-of-Quarter Review:

  • Host a full performance review session.
  • Analyze outcomes, review KPIs, and plan for further scale or transition into long-term program.
